성북동 기념일프로젝트가 문을 닫은지 벌써 1년이 지났다. 어느날 학교 앞에 아주 길고 긴 줄이 있길래 여기는 뭐하는 곳이길래 이러지?하고 급히 검색을 해보았더니 기프트 운영하셨던 분이 연 공간이라기에 나도 자연스럽게 줄을 섰다. 기프트의 케이크와 머핀류를 처음 먹던 날 너어어어무 맛있어서 특급호텔 베이커리보다 낫다고 생각했던 기억이 난다.

몇 개 집지도 않았는데 몇 만원을 훌쩍 넘어버렸다. 맛은 기프트때만큼의 감동이 있지는 않았다. 한 시간의 기다림 끝에 겨우 구매해왔는데. 좋은 재료를 아낌없이 썼다는 것이 물씬 느껴졌다. 흠 그러고보니 건강한 느낌이 나면서도 맛있으니까 훌륭하긴 훌륭한 디저트야.

It's been a year since 기념일프로젝트 in Seongbuk closed. One day I saw a long queue for a shop near campus and I reflexively looked it up. It is a place that one of the 기념일프로젝트's patissier open! So I joined the queue like I was going to. I vividly remember that I was totally mesmerized by 기념일프로젝트's cakes and muffins and that I was so sure IT CAN BEAT 5-STAR HOTEL'S.

I paid tens of thousands for a few pieces. The taste is not as impressive as my memory. I had waited to buy them for an hour. Anyway, I could feel that it's full of good and healthy ingredients, and if you compare to other dessert shops, not to its past(or the mother shop?), this place is where you should never miss.
